Nuovo Bando ISI: 370 milioni di euro alle imprese per investimenti e sicurezza

A partire dalle ore 10 del 10 maggio e fino alle ore 17 del 30 novembre 2017 sarà possibile presentare le domande per partecipare al nuovo bando per l’avvio e il consolidamento delle start up innovative ad alta densità di conoscenza, approvato dalla Giunta regionale dell’Emilia-Romagna, con delibera numero 451 del 10 aprile 2017.
Al bando, che ha l’obiettivo di favorire la nascita e la crescita di start up in grado di generare nuove nicchie di mercato attraverso nuovi prodotti, sistemi di produzione e servizi, si rivolge alle piccole e micro imprese, regolarmente costituite come società di capitali (quindi spa, srl, srl uninominali, consorzi, società consortili e cooperative). La dotazione finanziaria pari a 4mln e 500 mila di euro consentirà una ampia partecipazione per tutte le società operanti nella Regione.
Gli interventi ammessi dal bando sono stati divisi in due tipologie (A e B). Per la tipologia A, riservata a quelle società costituite successivamente al 1° gennaio 2014 è previsto il finanziamento relativo alle seguenti spese: macchinari, attrezzature, impianti, hardware e software, arredi strettamente funzionali; affitto e noleggio laboratori e attrezzature scientifiche (massimo 20% del costo totale del progetto); acquisto e brevetti, licenze e/o software da fonti esterne; spese di costituzione (max 2.000 euro); spese promozionali anche per partecipazione a fiere ed eventi (massimo 25.000,00 €); consulenze esterne specialistiche non relative all’ordinaria amministrazione.
Per la tipologia B, riservata alle società costituite dopo il 1° aprile 2012, sono ammessi costi riguardanti: acquisizione sedi produttive, logistiche, commerciali; le imprese con sede legale esterna alla Regione Emilia-Romagna potranno acquistare solo sedi produttive nel territorio regionale (max 50% costo); macchinari, attrezzature, impianti, hardware e software, arredi strettamente funzionali; spese di affitto e noleggio laboratori e attrezzature scientifiche (massimo 20% del costo totale del progetto); acquisto e brevetti, licenze e/o software da fonti esterne; spese promozionali anche per partecipazione a fiere ed eventi (massimo 10% del costo totale del progetto); consulenze esterne specialistiche non relative all’ordinaria amministrazione.
La presentazione delle domande dovrà avvenire esclusivamente online. Per questo il sito della Regione Emilia Romagna, prima dell’apertura del bando, metterà a disposizione degli utenti un applicativo, denominato Sfinge 2020, per l’inoltro della documentazione.
